About the Company

Our client is a large successful Pharma manufacturing company who is leading in the Cambodian Market as well their products having success in other countries

The Role

• Manage daily operations, create and follow production schedules, and address performance issues to maintain efficiency and quality

• Ensure products meet regulatory and GMP standards, working with quality assurance to maintain safety and quality

• Lead and mentor production staff, promoting a positive work environment and conducting performance reviews

• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and minimize waste

• Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, manage resources, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering related field. MBA would be advantageous related field. MBA would be advantageous

• Min 10 years of experience in the related industry. 5 years in the managerial role

• Strong knowledge of production process and quality compliance

• Great interpersonal and technical skills
