Description
Build a strong relationship with prospective and existing VIP and Premium clients
Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends
Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the clients
Providing the clients with the best consultations and guiding their decision-making process
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience as a Customer Supporting or Relationship Manager in handling VIP or Premium Customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer
