The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong repair and maintenance experience of Printer, Copier and computer in IT Hardware, Office Supplies industry

About the Company

Our client is a Growing IT Hardware Distribution Company that sells a variety of Consumer Electronics: TV, Aircon, Refrigerator, Washing Machine etc., and providing many different corporate clients

Description

• To install, repair and maintenance of printer, copier, scanner and other equipment related to printing

• To analyze and resolve technical issues such as computer systems, hardware, etc.

• To provide product operation training

• To prepare service reports and report to line manager

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics) or any related field (computer associated degree in Information Technology of Computer Science is preferred)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar industry

• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English

• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office and other computer skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Able to travel with short notice
