The Role

This is an exciting role for an experienced engineering professional who enjoys managing technical projects from design to completion. You will work closely with multiple departments, ensuring all project requirements, documentation, and coordination run seamlessly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Description

  • Develop technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for CAPEX and engineering projects

  • Prepare scope of work, bill of materials, and all technical documents required for project execution

  • Coordinate closely with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather data and align project needs

  • Track project progress using project management tools and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and timeline targets

  • Support the CAPEX Manager in overseeing multiple projects from planning through installation and commissioning

  • Maintain accurate and updated project documentation, reports, and process maps

  • Identify project risks and provide recommendations to ensure smooth execution

  • Lead site acceptance tests (SAT) and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety guidelines

  • Ensure all project activities comply with company operational manuals, regulatory requirements, and internal engineering standards

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate project concerns when necessary

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or other related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or project engineering roles

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, and MS Office

  • Strong project management knowledge (WBS, Gantt charts, S-curve analysis)

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Experience working with contractors and managing budgets

  • Fluent in English; strong presentation skills are an advantage
