The Role

This an ideal role for individual who has experience and good knowledge in project management and renovation projects

Description

• Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders, business unit leaders to improve team organization and teamwork

• Prepare budget according to scope of work and resource requirements, tracking project costs

• Manage suppliers and vendors contracts

• Manage all project activities, measure project performance to identify the areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/ Civil/ Interior Design/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management and related experience

• PMP certification preferred

• Strong experience in project management software tools and methodologies
