Description

• Reviewing and monitoring supplier QMS

• Ensure the KPIs of observed quality standard is well maintained to meet with accepted quality standard

• Review approved pre-production sample prior to the meeting to prepare for discussions regarding construction, attributions, finishing, packaging and safety considerations

• Ensure all the necessary events of PP meetings, in line audits, final inspections are executed on time

• Conducting product audits on bulk garments at selected stages of production

• Coordinate and work closely with sourcing teams for sample development process

• Responsible for executing company AQL audit procedures

• Assist on new factory QQA audit if necessary

Requirements

• Diploma graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in garment inspection, kids wear will be highly advantage

• Vendor management and factory management experience of at least 2 suppliers

• Buying office experience is a plus

• Strong communication in spoken and written English, coordination and organization skills and detail-minded

• Previous working experience in US or European market is preferable

• Knowledge of MS Application such as Word, Excel and or ESPS

• Flexible to meet travelling and inspection deadline
