​QC at a Globally Known Travel Accessories brand in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a world-renowned travel brand. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring product quality across the supply chain, directly supporting factories, handling inspection processes, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives

About the Company

Our client is a globally recognized travel goods company known for its high-quality luggage, bags, and travel accessories. With a strong global footprint, they are expanding their quality team in Cambodia to maintain production standards and enhance supplier performance

The Role

  • Conduct in-process quality inspections using approved construction samples, design specifications, and color standards

  • Carry out final inspections before shipments leave the factory to ensure compliance with company requirements

  • Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrective actions in collaboration with suppliers

  • Provide new suppliers with clear explanations of quality expectations, labeling guidelines, and packaging methods

  • Lead monthly supplier quality meetings to review performance and align on improvement areas

  • Maintain defect statistics across all suppliers and present quality trend reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on QC experience in luggage, garment, or related product categories

  • Ability to write reports and emails in English with fluency in spoken English

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other professional tools

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication with factory teams

  • Experience working with international brands or in a manufacturing environment is a plus
