Good Opportunity for a well-experienced Recovery and Collection manager who should be analytical and have great report writing skills with extensive knowledge of collection laws and continuously find ways to improve the company debt’s recovery

Description

• Ensure the collections are done according to company policies and regulations

• Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity

• Implementing the new strategies and tactics to improve the risk, collections, and recovery performance

• Ensure the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with regulations

• Training and mentoring of staff members in the collections department

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience as Collection Manager or Recovery Manager in Financial industry

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• The ability to work accurately and independently

• Strong time and people management skills

• Native Khmer with a good command of both written and spoken English
