Regional Sales Manager at a Market Leading Agricultural Machinery Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible for drive and develop commercial activities of the Machinery across 5 provinces
Up to $2,000 plus attractive bonus
The Role
The is an ideal role for individual who is comfortable to handle extensive travelling to provinces to engage with the potential customers and able to find financial solution for them to secure the sales of the machinery. Individual who came from the similar industry, FMCG, Financial Service Sector or from other customer centric market

Description
Lead and develop members of your team utilizing the tools and processes developed by HR
Ensure that the leadership and development of the people in your team in given sufficient time and focus
Act as subject matter expert in your area of expertise, sharing that knowledge on sales operations to your team & colleagues
Ensure the continuous development of the product knowledge and utilize the training an develop offered by the company
Manage sales activities and daily sales deal status in Odoo-CRM, expenses reporting, and cross- functional reporting (such as stock, service, BPO, etc.) with own area of responsibility. Grow network with own area of responsibility
Accountable for ensuring all company policies and procedures are follow within the showrooms and/or responsible area
Advise sales team through the sales process, including but not limited to prospecting to closing area
Coach and mentor sales team on the following topics: including but not limited to needs, features & benefits, closing deals, time and territory management, negotiating, product knowledge, and productivity improvement
Create and monitor annual sales department benchmarks and budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives
Ensure customer satisfaction. Work with the sale team to know the customer’s current and future expectation and work with all departments to resolve customer concerns
Lead the sales team to effectively understand and use manufacturer’s products and programs to attain acceptable market share levels
Responsible for ensuring sound and safe business practices and processes are implemented and continuously improvement achieve ethical business objectives
Full responsible for P&: of own department/area of responsibility
Report to DGM/GM
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 – 5 years of working experience in handling Agricultural Machinery, Consumer Goods, Financial Services sector
Good knowledge in Agriculture market, or heavy equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use MS office applications, power point, word, excel and outlook
Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
Have driving license and able to travel extensively to provinces
