​Sales Corporate Manager at an International Automotive Business Company in Vientiane

  • Responsible for prospecting and developing customer accounts in corporate segments

  • Up to 35,000,000 LAK per month

The Role

The ideal background for the role will have strong hands-on experience in selling premium vehicles, luxury items, and services to businesses and corporate customers. Understanding the fleet vehicle market would be considered an advantage

Over 3 decades in the international market and operating in various business sectors such as Automotive, fleet sales, Engineering Services, F&B, Machinery, etc, and are leading brands in the Southeast Asia Market and Beyond


  • Understand the brand offers for corporate customers

  • Understand the features and benefits of the automotive brand (Vehicles, Service Costs, Warranty, Accessories) and unique selling points

  • Plans business development and marketing activities

  • Manage and develop external customer verticals through sales agents, private, NGO, corporate, etc.

  • Establish and manage a corporate sales database for lead/prospect management and customer relationship management for Fleet and business customers

  • Develop an annual corporate marketing plan in line with regional office and local priorities for fleet & business sales

  • Develops prospecting campaigns to target prospective corporate customers to promote the brands

  • Manages the order and delivery process to ensure committed delivery dates are achieved and maintain customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of the needs of small fleet customers Works proactively to meet customer’s needs

  • Maintain regular contact with Fleet & Business customers, to identify and develop new business opportunities (resales to existing customers, referrals from the customers)


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales or business development function and came from the Automotive industry

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

  • Can drive a car and have a valid driving license

  • Proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written, able to communicate with stakeholders in the Lao language
