• Responsible for Developing new customer accounts to meet the Business objective of the Heavy Machinery unit

• Up to 25,000,000 LAK per month

Description

• Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing, and contrasting competitive models

• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers’ requirements and interests, matching requirements, and interests to various models, and building rapport

• Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate vehicles

• Set sales objectives and establish action plans for achieving set targets

• Lead the team by setting examples on how to properly plan, prospect, initiate, manage, and close sales opportunities

• Provide leadership to the sales team

• Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure targets are met

• Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or similar degree

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of project sales experience in the construction machinery industry, strong local market, and construction machinery knowledge on heavy machinery

• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

• Can drive a car and have a valid driving license

• Proficiency in English skills in both verbal & written
