About the Company
Our client is a successful organization with high market position which will allow your career as Sales Manager to grow together with the organization.
Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
Responsible for achieving annual Volume & Profitability objectives in terms of primary & secondary sales.
Direct the Sales team and establish sales targets, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets and cover for the nationwide sales.
Expand Direct Coverage across the country according to the existing opportunities.
At least 5 years of experience in an FMCG industry and At least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Khmer Native and Business English is a must
Has a good experience in sales, interpersonal, and communications skill.
