Description

  • Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key supermarkets.

  • Manage and oversee the profitability of the business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Team performance measurement is based on achieving sales targets, trade promotion development and execution, and will ensure that team members are motivated and focused on the company’s strategic goals.

  • Direct report to National Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related industry and Minimum 1 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has experience in sales management and market knowledge, and excellent communication skills
