Sales Off Trade Supervisor at a Well-known Food and Beverage Company in Phnom Penh
Responsible in building strong business relationships with key supermarket accounts and developing long-term and short-term sales goals, plus developing channel strategies to achieve the company’s goal.

Description
Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key supermarkets.
Manage and oversee the profitability of the business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
Team performance measurement is based on achieving sales targets, trade promotion development and execution, and will ensure that team members are motivated and focused on the company’s strategic goals.
Direct report to National Sales Manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in related industry and Minimum 1 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Khmer Native and Business English is a must
Has experience in sales management and market knowledge, and excellent communication skills
