Description

  • Develop and implement actuarial strategies to support the design, pricing, and valuation of life insurance products, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with life insurance products, utilizing advanced actuarial techniques and analytics to optimize risk-return profiles.

  • Lead actuarial aspects of new product development, conducting pricing analysis, performing financial modelling, and ensuring products are competitive and sustainable.

  • Manage a team of actuarial professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, while ensuring the successful execution of actuarial projects.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in actuarial management in which 3 years with Managerial experience would be a value in both General and Life Insurance sectors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field; FSA or equivalent actuarial certification required.

  • Must have a demonstrate strong analytical, knowledgeable of actuarial principles and practices

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs including Excel and Word

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Preferable who can relocate or work in Cambodia onsite
