​Senior Finance Operation and Administration Manager at a Well-known Financial Institution in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible for the allocation of the budget resources, coordinating business operations, monitoring the operations costs, and performing the administration processes of the organization

Description

  • Oversee the organization’s daily business operations, performance, and productivity

  • Manage the financial management and planning for the organization

  • Conduct financial reviews to remain current on the state of organization as well as review the payment

  • Forecast and prepare financial budgets monthly and yearly

  • Support the daily human resources activities and responsibilities

  • Involve in the hiring of new staffs, interns as well as performance evaluations

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Finance, Operation Manager or in a similar role

  • Understanding of general finance & budgeting, business operations and administration functions

  • Ability to build consensus and relationship among investors, partners, and BOD members

  • Familiar with business and financial principles of National Bank of Cambodia and other related financial associations

  • Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English
