Description

  • Manage trade financing operations, ensuring the efficient execution of letters of credit, bank guarantee, trade documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Oversee treasury back-office functions, including settlement and reconciliation of financial transactions, foreign exchange operations, and compliance with treasury guidelines.

  • Lead and optimize remittance activities, guaranteeing the SWIFT and accurate processing of cross-border payments while adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in trade financing, treasury back-office operations, and remittance functions within the international commercial banking sector

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand the banking trade operations policies and treasury procedures and remittance compliance.

  • Native Khmer Nationality with good communication in written and oral of English

  • Able to live or reside at the office space in Sihanoukville.
