Senior Sales Representative at a Leading International Logistics and Freight Solutions Provider in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

  • Responsible for driving new business development, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue growth for freight and logistics services in Cambodia

  • Salary up to 1500 USD per month

The Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding and logistics sales, with a proven ability to acquire new customers and manage existing accounts. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges. You will work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver tailored solutions and achieve ambitious growth targets

Description

  • Prospect and qualify potential customers for ocean freight, airfreight, customs, and trucking services

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with global and regional sales strategies

  • Drive new customer acquisition and increase share of wallet with existing clients

  • Manage and grow relationships with principals and business partners to enhance customer experience

  • Identify and pursue tender opportunities in line with global tender processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions, prepare bids, and deliver presentations

  • Monitor account performance, revenue contribution, and implement corrective actions when needed

  • Ensure timely payment collection in line with credit terms and company policy

  • Initiate discussions on new products and services to meet evolving customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (FCL, LCL, inland transportation, airfreight, customs brokerage); contract logistics experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with Intra-Asia and Transpacific markets

  • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to connect strategy to execution and deliver results

  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)

  • Written and oral fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a plus

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required
