• Taking care of service calls with professionalism

• Take control of installation according to the client’s requirement

• Efficiently troubleshoot systems, prevent breakdowns with routine maintenance

• Understand the various application to demonstrate to users

• Establish customer relations by providing great service and training

• Document control via internal database system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or any relevant field

• Minimum a year of experienced in handling medical devices

• Excellence English communication skills

• Active personality with great communication skills

• Great problem solving and analysis skills
