The Role

We are looking for the Head of Tax to ensure that our client’s organization complies with all tax laws and regulations, minimizes its tax liability, and maximizes its tax benefits.

Description

• Provide strategic tax advice to the company's senior management.

• Develop and implement tax plans that optimize the company's tax liability.

• Represent the company in tax matters with government agencies and other organizations.

• Manage the tax team and ensure that they are meeting all of their deadlines.

• Stay up to date on tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning.

• CPA or equivalent qualification.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.

• Native Khmer and Business English are required
