The Role

Responsible for working together with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers for the sales of specific products and software used in the Construction industry

Description

• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to promote specific products and software

• Establish lasting relationships with specifiers to understand project specifications in-depth

• Educate construction project influencers on the benefits and proper usage of products

• Conduct on-site assessments, offering technical advice and support, enhancing value through products

• Organize technical seminars in specifier offices and client sites to generate business opportunities and leads

Requirements

• A bachelor of engineering or technology degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a product specification consultant or technical engineer

• Demonstrated success in direct/specification sales to architects, coupled with extensive knowledge of the design and construction processes, is essential
