The Role

This an ideal role for an individual who has good experience in after-sales service technical management, customer service and workshop management

Description

• After sales-service technical management of the vehicle

• Manage the technical team and workshop efficiency, utilization, productivity and KPI

• Providing the technical explanation to the customers and the information of the warranty claims

• Examine vehicle to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to Service Advisor

• Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs

Requirements

• Any diploma or degree in related field

• Open to expatriates

• Fluency in English and high level of communication and leadership skills

• Minimum of 5-10 years of after sales-service technical management experience in automotive industry
