​Technical Sales Leader at a Multinational Chemical Solution Provider Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible to develop a customer base for specialty chemical portfolios

  • Up to $1,500

The Role

This is an ideal role for an individual who has a great understanding of the technical process of garments, footwear making and have some hands-on commercial experience in key account management and business development

Our client is a Multinational Chemical Company with a global presence across over 200 countries and helping their customers to manufacture the best quality the products


  • To strategically implement sales and marketing programs and activities in the specialty chemical segments with a focus of developing customers based on footwear, construction, home and furniture, automotive and electronic industries to achieve the agreed commercial objectives

  • Responsible to develop new businesses to expand and penetrate the market

  • Responsible to support industry sales turnover in assigned industries, increase market share, support industry profitability management and money collection

  • Maintain and keep relationships with existing customers, steer account management implementation to maximize customer satisfaction and business success

  • Key account management, develop product knowledge to serve as a technical resource to the domestic and international sales teams

  • Supporting end users during troubleshooting activities as well as coordinating with suppliers to ensure the problem is solved

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Generate new business development for respective industries

  • Priority project with market size, sales plan for 3 years with peak year sales


  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of working experience selling specialty chemicals to manufacturing customers

  • Possess market knowledge and technical competence in the application of specialty chemical

  • Speak excellent English and having the ability to speak Mandarin would be added advantage

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and work with cross-function teams from different regions
