Description

  • Understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce

  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs

  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance

  • Ensure all training conducted with quality and properly documented

  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainer, and management team

  • Manage the technologies and technical personal required to develop and manage the training

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in training and development management

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field

  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes

  • Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English languages
