Description
Understand the business operation and decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Ensure all training conducted with quality and properly documented
Effectively communicate with team members, trainer, and management team
Manage the technologies and technical personal required to develop and manage the training
Requirements
At least 3 years of proven experience in training and development management
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English languages
