• Support, create, administer, and deliver training programs for business and organization

• Up to $1,500 + Performance Bonus

The Role

Responsible to help plan, conduct, and administer programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge

About the Company

Our client is an international retail companies in Phnom Penh, 4 showrooms in different provinces and providing premium products to customers

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes

• Assist Line Managers to identify any training needs amongst staff through training needs analysis, appraisal documentation and general conversations

• Continuously recommend new training approaches, techniques and programmes

• Analyse training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs

• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires, tests and discussions

• Evaluate feedback from learners and Line Managers on the effectiveness of the training activity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field required

• At least two years of training experience required

• Proficiency in both oral and written in both Khmer and English Languages

• An excellent communication skill, and an outstanding planning ability

• Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
