Job Description

​Vice Principal at One of the International Schools in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

  • You will be responsible for supporting the principal in the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the school

Description

  • Support curriculum development, implementation, and assessment to ensure alignment with international standards and best practices

  • Oversee student discipline processes, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of school policies and procedures

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs

  • Work with the Principal and counselling team to implement effective student support programs, including academic advising, college counselling, and student well-being initiatives

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in education or related field

  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and at least 3 years of management-level experience at a school, preferably in an international school setting

  • Strong understanding of international education standards and best practices

  • As the school follows the Cambridge curriculum, native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus

  • Commitment to the school’s mission, vision, and core values
