An excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Relationship Banker to manage key client portfolios and expand business opportunities

Description 

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with commercial and SME clients

• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers to expand the commercial banking portfolio.

• Promote lending, deposits, cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange, and other banking products.

• Conduct financial analysis and assess clients' business performance and financing requirements.

• Prepare high-quality credit proposals and collaborate with Credit teams throughout the approval process.

• Monitor portfolio quality and proactively manage credit risk and asset performance 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, SME Banking, or Relationship Management

• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and banking products

• Proven track record in business development and portfolio management

• Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements

• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

• Cambodian Nationality with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
