The Role

Exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance leader to establish enterprise-wide QA standards, drive automation, and ensure the highest quality across web, mobile, API, and cloud-native platforms. The successful candidate will lead both Manual QA and Automation QA teams while embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle

The Role

• Define and execute enterprise Quality Assurance strategy aligned with business objectives

• Lead and develop Manual QA and Automation QA teams

• Establish QA governance, testing standards, and release quality processes

• Oversee end-to-end testing including functional, regression, performance, and production validation

• Drive automation testing across web, mobile, APIs, and microservices

• Develop automated testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines

• Manage testing environments, test data, and quality engineering processes

• Lead performance, stress, load, and scalability testing initiatives

• Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience with leadership responsibilities

• Strong experience leading Manual QA and Automation QA teams

• Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Quality Engineering

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JMeter, or similar tools

• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps environments

• Strong understanding of performance testing, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms

• Banking, fintech, or high-transaction digital platform experience is highly preferred

• Cambodian Nationality with Excellent English communication skills in both written and oral
