The Role

Excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who brings strong expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and manufacturing operations. This role will oversee IT functions across apparel and accessories production facilities, ensuring reliable technology support for business operations and production-line processes while supporting the company’s continued expansion

Our client is an international manufacturing group with operations across multiple countries with technology playing a critical role in supporting production processes, operational efficiency, and business growth in Cambodia

The Role

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring reliable and efficient technology support
• Manage and optimize enterprise applications and manufacturing-related systems that support production-line processes and factory operations
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and business applications
• Work closely with production, operations, and management teams to align IT solutions with manufacturing requirements and business objectives
• Lead IT projects, system implementations, and infrastructure upgrades to support factory expansion and increased production capacity
• Manage IT support services, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal disruption to daily manufacturing operations
• Oversee IT procurement, vendor relationships, technology budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective and scalable IT solutions
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standards across the organization

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in IT operations, IT management, or a related role, preferably within manufacturing, apparel, accessories, or industrial environments
• Strong experience with manufacturing or production-related systems, with a good understanding of how IT supports end-to-end factory operations
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, network administration, system security, and enterprise applications
• Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with factory management and regional teams
