Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through completion
• Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure efficient project execution
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, and project management functions
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and key milestones to ensure delivery within contractual, financial, and operational objectives
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements, engineering specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to support smooth project execution
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and commercial issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing efficient project management systems and operational best practices
• Prepare executive-level project reports and present performance updates to senior management
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of progressive construction project management experience, including leadership of major projects
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project commercial management, and technical delivery
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams and managing senior stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and other project management software
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality management, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance
