Collaborate with Technology, Risk, and Product teams to enhance trading platforms and automate workflows. Establish and maintain relationships with liquidity providers, brokers, and financial partners. Stay updated with market developments, digital asset regulations, and emerging trading technologies. Requirements  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.  At least 7 years of experience in trading, portfolio management, or risk management within Crypto, CFD, or FX markets.  Solid understanding of market-making, liquidity management, and algorithmic trading.  Experience working in Banking, Fintech, or Trading Platform environments preferred.  Strong analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills.  Excellent English communication skills.
