The Role
The ideal candidate will be a strong experienced commercial leader with a well background in construction materials. Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead their commercial operations, drive strategic growth, and manage cross-functional teams in Phnom Penh.

Description
Achieve sales, collections, and product targets by engaging with customers on construction sites, OEMs, offices, and industries
Apply consultative selling techniques and demonstrate power tools on-site
Build and grow customer relationships by offering innovative and cost-efficient solutions
Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership
Follow internal processes in finance and supply chain to meet targets
Requirements
Degree in any discipline; engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) preferred
2–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in MNCs or construction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic personality with a high-performance mindset
Proficient in MS Office and smartphone usage
Must have a driving/motorbike license
