Description

• Handle daily air import/export operations, including documentation and shipment coordination

• Communicate with airlines, customers, vendors, and overseas agents to ensure smooth end to end movement

• Prepare MAWB/HAWB, perform billing, and compile operational reports

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery and provide proactive shipment status updates

• Follow internal SOPs and maintain accurate data entry across systems and reports

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in Air Freight forwarding (Import/Export)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, and airline procedures

• Ability to work in fast paced, time sensitive situations
