The Role

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned business leader with strong retail and operations experience to spearhead company’s Vietnam expansion. The Country Manager will take full ownership of market entry, execution, and scaling operations

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered phygital retail infrastructure company connecting international brands to local retailers through smart shelves. The company enables brands to achieve immediate physical presence while operating a unified offline and online strategy. The company is expanding across Southeast Asia, starting with Cambodia and Vietnam

Description

• Lead Vietnam market entry and expansion strategy

• Build and manage retailer network and brand deployments

• Oversee operations, fulfilment, and compliance

• Drive consumer activation and demand generation

• Build and manage local team

• Reports to regional leadership team in Singapore

Requirements

• 8+ years in senior country management, operations, or business leadership

• Strong familiarity with Vietnam’s retail, distribution, and logistics landscape

• Experience building operations from zero to scale

• Fluent Vietnamese and strong English

• Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
