  • Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, reporting practices, and team performance

  • Troubleshoot system and operational issues, ensuring continuity in global warehouse operations

  • Analyze performance data and propose operational improvements to meet business goals

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experiences in warehouse or distribution operations, ideally in international settings

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Willingness to travel and relocate for project implementation and operational support

  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; additional languages are a plus
