• Responsible to lead and manage the valuation division and develop the commercial activities in Thailand

• Up to $4,500 plus competitive allowances

The Role

This is an ideal role for real estate valuation individual who hold the SEC level 3 certification and currently working in real estate market

Description

• Providing advisory and consultation on the concept and process of valuation to all values

• Coordinating and communicating between clients and the Company

• Controlling, motivating and maintaining the performance of valuation team members  to achieve target  in time

• Monitoring and approving the final valuation report

• Reporting the performance of valuation team members

• Monitoring, checking, and updating information in the valuation database for further utilization

• Approving the expenses and absentees of values

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and their associates

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all team members and other departments

• Supporting and encouraging inter office and inter department referrals of potential business opportunities

• Always protect the best interests of the Company

• Attending regular team meetings as and when requested and providing regular updates of work in progress

• Implementing best practices for the valuation department and ensuring that good governance is practiced in all your areas of responsibility

• Preparing and providing the proposal to the client

• Keeping all your certifications up to date

• Calling upon clients and sales activities required to meet budgeted sales and sales quotas

• Other assignments provided by Senior Director, Deputy MD, MD, CEO

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably from Real Estate or similar. Must hold SEC certification

• Having minimum 4 – 6 years of management experience in handling real estate valuation service and manage a team

• Excellence internal and external communication skills

• Attention to details and ensure team members are meeting the objectives of the valuation division

• Speak Fluent English and Thai Nationality
