Logistics Officer for a Global Automotive Brand in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role

This role focuses on coordinating logistics, inventory, and dealer operations to ensure smooth supply chain performance. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and dealers to manage product flow, support import processes, and maintain high service standards across operations

Description

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including movement, storage, and distribution of products

  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and support inventory planning and reporting

  • Manage import documentation and liaise with customs and relevant authorities to ensure smooth clearance

  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders and distribution channels

  • Act as a key contact point for dealer coordination, supporting order processing and stock allocation

  • Assist in monitoring dealer performance, sales activities, and operational alignment

  • Support after-sales coordination including spare parts tracking and service-related follow-ups

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, logistics performance, and operational updates

  • Work cross-functionally to resolve logistics or supply chain issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or coordination roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with good Excel and data handling ability.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong English communication
