Description

• Lead and manage all nursing functions across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services

• Supervise, coach, and develop nursing teams to enhance performance and engagement

• Handle patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Monitor patient safety, infection control, and medication handling procedures

• Directly report to the Deputy CEO and CEO

Requirements

• At least 8 years of clinical experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role

• Speaks fluent English and Khmer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is an advantage
