Description

• Manage employees and lead the day to day responsibilities

• Assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation.

• Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans

• Make sure the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven Branch Management experience and knowledge in Banking or other similar roles

• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

• Results-driven and customer-focused

• Leadership and human resources management skills
