Our client is an International Manufacturing Company in Cambodia.

The Role

​Business Application Supervisor is responsible for functional and technical support for all core business applications

Description

• Develop and organize IT service desk for Feed business and extend in future

• Cooperate with Asia IT and VN IT to provide both Technical and Functional within IT service catalogue

• Keep all document “live” - Business process (SOP) and System Process, System configuration, User authentication/access, Report list, change request, User training guide, Troubleshooting know-how

• Maintenance the system available and accessible within agreed performance indicators

• Monitor Business continuity plan work

Requirements

• Min 2-5 years of practical experience Business application (operation)

• Experience with at least one project in implementing/upgrade Business software

• Demonstrate practical Experience in providing Software support (Functional is a must and Technical is considered as advantage)

• Experience in process improvement project

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
