Business Development Executive at a Leading Medical Aesthetics Company in Phnom Penh

The Role

The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and goal-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, experienced in medical/pharmaceutical sales and passionate about medical aesthetics

Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors and KOLs

  • Achieve sales targets through client engagement and lead follow-up

  • Conduct market research and optimize product strategy

  • Educate clients and provide post-sales technical support

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Fluency in English and Khmer preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and proactive attitude
