Business Development Manager at a Leading Global Label and Branding Solution Company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Responsible for driving new business development and managing market initiatives
Up to 4500 USD per month
The Role
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, sales, or product management, preferably within apparel & footwear or related industries. This role requires strategic thinking, opportunity analysis, and execution of new venture development plans to drive profitable growth. Open for expatriate profile who proficient in both English and Mandarin languages and has relevant background experience

Description
Identify, assess, develop, and manage new programs and business opportunities leading to successful commercialization
Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs and implement initiatives to meet those needsConduct opportunity analysis and develop business development plans
Analyze and interpret business and trade data, including sales forecasts, rebate analysis, and ROI analysis
Design ad-hoc reports to support sales initiatives
Provide support for sales target formulation and review, including managing the Sales Target Achievement Measurement process (SIP)
Support ad hoc projects to improve systems for detailed program-level analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, product management and experience selling commodities into manufacturing clients
English + Chinese speaking is a must
Strong financial skills and business acumen
Skilled in negotiation and assessing customer needs, able to travel to the customer manufacturing sites
Knowledgeable in market and territory analysis and planning
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps, excel and reporting
Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and multicultural environment
Background in apparel & footwear industries is an advantage
