The Role

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial management, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and strategic support to the leadership team. This role plays a key part in driving financial sustainability while supporting the organization’s social mission

Description

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies

  • Strengthen internal controls and financial governance

  • Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making

  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders

  • Support and develop the finance team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

  • Experience in NGO, social enterprise, or impact-driven organizations is an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations, financial reporting, and donor compliance standards

  • Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English
