Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with employers, recruiters, and industry partners

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to design business campaigns, promotions, and client engagement strategies

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in business development, or sales, preferably in HR Services or recruitment

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employer needs

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
