  • Responsible to manage the end-to-end new business process from lead generation through to lead conversion and first sale dynamic self-starter; articulate with excellent research, analysis and communication skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships.

Description

  • Setting up & building relationships with key Distributors and managing the expansion of assortment & Brand portfolio considering price/pack architecture and channel strategy

  • Work with team to design new models / revenue streams & unlock white spaces in terms of consumer groups & channels

  • Act as a sales and marketing center of excellence to support all distributors selling products through providing a central point of contact for guidance on contract templating, import / exports processes, duty, taxes & local regulations, customs clearance

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in FMCG industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Khmer Native and Business English is a must

  • Has excellent market knowledge and communications management
