Description

• Maintaining detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues

• Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors' products

• Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets, sometimes including monitoring the performance of other sales staff

• Working with underwriters to amend policies where necessary to meet client demand

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales industry and Minimum 2 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must

• Has excellent sales planning, good customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
