The Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has strong operation experience in business parks or industrial parks.

About the Company

Our client is a local leading conglomerate in Cambodia focusing on real estate development, financial services and consumer products.

Description

• Monitor the whole operation of the facilities within the business park

• Develop, implement the strategies and maintain relationship with the investors

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the facility is kept to 5 star standards

• Directly report to the Senior Operations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in park operation management

• Must have proactive, business acumen, initiative personality

• Excellent Communication in English. Chinese is a plus
