Description

  • Oversee the rollout of trade promotions including product displays, in-store activities, and promotional materials

  • Develop annual and quarterly trade promotion plans in line with sales and marketing objectives

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, category trends, and competitor activities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the trade marketing/promotions team to achieve business targets

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Retail and at least 3 years of experience in trade marketing or channel development

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG industry and retail trade dynamics
