Description

  • Develop the financial management system and internal financial control

  • Lead the finance, treasury, strategic planning, and administration teams

  • Prepare the quarterly board meetings and annual management meetings

  • Oversee the production of financial results and reports, in compliance with the required standards

  • Manage the financial budgets and projections processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness and efficient usage of the company assets and resources

  • Support the implementation and adoption of ERP system for financial management and budgeting processes

  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of working experience in Finance Managerial position with a proven record of success in financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance from Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, and other Europe countries are preferable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics are preferred

  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels

  • Proficiency in both written and oral in English
