​Claims Manager at an International Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

Our client is an International Financial Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Cambodia as well as the other countries

Description

  • Review company policy to determine coverage or liability for new claims

  • Supervise a team of claims adjusters, examiners, and other staff involved with the claims management and claims processing departments

  • Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims are well managed for both internal and external stakeholder

  • Participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establishing claims best practices

  • Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in insurance claims and in which minimum of 2 years in a leadership position with related functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline is necessary or a master’s degree preferred

  • Must have a thorough understanding of insurance-related legal procedures, regulations, and claims processing

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs including Excel and Word

  • Native Khmer with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
