Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities.

• Takes lead role in Products Pricing to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

• Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs

• Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Beverage or FMCG industry.

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Khmer Native and Business English is a must.

• Has a good experience in business development, sales planning, and strong communication skills
